Flutter Leisure introduced Wednesday two alterations to the membership of its Board Committees, powerful as of future Friday, July 1.
Nancy Dubuc will move down as a member of the Workforce Engagement Committee, and will be changed by Atif Rafiq in the exact same purpose. Carolan Lennon, who has now been announced in April as a Non-Govt Director, will be appointed as a member of the Audit Committee and Workforce Engagement Committee.
Lennon is a Non-Executive Director and Senior Independent Director of AIB Group plc., and she will choose up the job of Nation Chief of Salesforce Ireland on 1 July 2022. Before joining AIB, she was the CEO of eir, a top Irish telecoms supplier, for 4 decades up to January 2022. Prior to the CEO part, she held a range of senior government roles in the enterprise, together with Chief Commerical Officer. And ahead of becoming a member of eir, she held a variety of senior roles in Vodafone Eire, which includes Shopper Director and Marketing Director.
“Carolan’s appointment is in line with our Board renewal application having regard to the scale, geographic breadth, and expansion of the business,” Gary McGann, Chair of Flutter, claimed in April.
Flutter is the Eire-dependent mother or father firm of manufacturers together with FanDuel, Paddy Ability, Betfair, PokerStars and FOX Bet.
