Bae Woo Hee to join the cast of ‘The Present Is Beautiful’

Former Dal Shabet member Bae Woo Hee is joining the upcoming drama “The Present Is Beautiful.”

On March 2, Neverdie Entertainment announced that idol-actress Bae Woo Hee will be joining the cast of the upcoming KBS weekend series, “The Present Is Beautiful.”

“The Present Is Beautiful” will be helmed by director Kim Sung Geun (“Everybody Cha Cha Cha”) and writer Ha Myung Hee (“Doctors”). The drama will be produced by Drama House Studio.

The Saturday-Sunday drama will be led by Oh Min Suk, Yoon Shi Yoon, Seo Bum Jun, Shin Dong Mi, Bae Da Bin, and Choi Ye Bin. 

“The Present Is Beautiful”  will be about the current generation that’s not interested in dating and marriage. It will also reveal the meaning of family. The drama will revolve around three brothers who are not interested in romantic relationships. 

Yoon Si Yoon will play as the divorce lawyer named Lee Hyun Jae. Oh Min Suk will play the role of dentist Lee Yoon Jae. Seo Bum Jun will play as the youngest son in the family named Lee Soo Jae. 

The KBS drama will air its first episode on April 2. It will take over the timeslot of “Young Lady and Gentleman.”

Bae Woo Hee is currently starring in the SBS and Netflix drama “A Business Proposal” with Ahn Hyo Seop, Kim Se Jeong, Kim Min Gue, Seol In Ah, Lee Deok Hwa, and Victon’s Choi Byung Chan. 

She will also join the upcoming series “Two Universes.” The idol-actress will also participate in the upcoming films “Idol Recipe” and “Wolves.” 

Bae Woo Hee made her debut as a member of the girl group named Dal Shabet. She made her acting debut in 2013 through the series “Reply 1994.”
